I4D - Innovation for Development

Development in the Global South is impossible without modern technology. Healthy drinking water, good sanitary facilities, access to clean forms of energy, communication etc. depend on the use of technology. Therefore Oikos has invested in research on the role of technology and innovation in development. In the I4D-network Oikos cooperates with other organisations to stimulate technological innovation in the South.
